Scribe and prophetic writing study guide (bible)

✏️ Introducing: The Scribe & Prophetic Writing Bible Study

For kids, teens, and adults — simple language, big purpose

Ever wondered why God told people in the Bible to write things down?

“Write the vision and make it plain…”Habakkuk 2:2

Throughout the Bible, God used writers — called scribes and prophets — to record His words, His promises, and His plans. Some spoke boldly, some wrote quietly, but all of them listened to God and shared what He wanted people to know.

In this new study, we explore what it means to:

  • Listen to God

  • Write what He teaches us through His Word

  • Encourage others with truth and hope

And the best part?
It’s written in child-friendly language, but deep enough for adults too.

✒️ What is a Prophetic Scribe?

A scribe writes things down.
A prophetic scribe listens to God and writes what He is teaching — always in agreement with the Bible.

We do not write new scripture.
We write about what God shows us as we read His Word.

In this study, kids and adults learn how to:

  • Journal what they learn from scripture

  • Hear God’s heart through His written Word

  • Use writing to encourage and bless others

💡 What’s Included in the Study?

✅ Bible lesson: “What is a Scribe? What is Prophetic Writing?”
✅ Memory verse: Habakkuk 2:2 — “Write the vision.”
✅ Reflection activities
✅ Journaling prompts
Scribe Certificate + badge (printable!)
✅ A fun, kid-friendly quiz:
“Do I have a prophetic scribe gift?”

This study helps kids discover their gifts without pressure or perfection.

Writing becomes worship.

🧠 New! Prophetic Scribe Quiz

Many children and teens feel called to write, but don’t know that writing can be a spiritual gift.

So I created a simple quiz to help them explore it.

Sample question:

“When I read the Bible, certain verses feel special or important.”

There are no wrong answers — just gentle discovery.

✨ Why This Study Matters

We live in a noisy world.
Writing helps us slow down, listen, and discover what God is saying through His Word.

This study helps kids (and adults):

  • Grow confidence in hearing God through scripture

  • Use creativity for God’s glory

  • Encourage others with words that build up

God used writers in every generation.
He still does.

📥 Want the Worksheets + Certificate?

At the end of the study, students receive a Scribe Certificate with a badge.
Perfect for:

  • Homeschool Bible studies

  • Sunday school

  • Family devotion time

  • Writers young and old who want to grow in their calling

🕊️ Final Thought

You don’t have to be a perfect writer for God to use you.

You just need a willing heart and a pen.

“This syllabus is not about being fancy.
It’s about being faithful.”

Let’s write what God puts on our hearts — with boldness, honesty, and joy.

whats it gunna take poem

whats it gunna take?

telle wild rose, 11/3/2025
stand alone poem.

whats it gunna take before i break?
for someone to actually see me for heaven's sake?
im screaming but no one hears me,
im crying, but everyone turns a deaf ear to me.

after awhile, and years pass,
people stop caring about yester years pain that continues to last.
nobody calls, no one checks in,
too consumed with their own lives again.

im angry and betrayed,
sorrow filled and dismayed,
i have no hope,
i harm myself to cope,

no one sees the new marking
no on sees how close she is to the ending,
or perhaps they do see,
but because their hearts have grown cold, they leave her be.

whats it gunna take before i break?
for someone to actually see me for heaven's sake?
im screaming but no one hears me,
im crying, but everyone turns a deaf ear to me.

scriptures; Galatians 6:2 , 1 Timothy 5:8, Psalm 34:17-18, Psalm 27:10

Encouragment: be a friend to find a friend, as in these last days many have turned off their hearts from thsoe that are hurting. this is for the chronically ill, physical or mental, that dont ''get better'' but are long time sick and need continued support.

You call yourself a christian..poem

You call yourself a Christian...
Telle wild rose ©️🌹 2025

You call yourself a Christian...but,
You're excluded from among all the others,
An empty thought
And no one bothers to look over their shoulders.

You call yourself a Christian...and yet,
Darkness reigns over your actions,
A depressed mind is a losing battle ground, aren't you tired yet?
You cut to feel, to bleed, and to gauge their reactions.

You call yourself a Christian....and still,
No one cares for you, you're without the sheepfold.
The good shepherd always has to chase after you still.
Nowhere to go, but always on the move, unable to fit the mold.

You call yourself a Christian,
You fail every test,
You repent more than you praise, weep more than you rejoice within,
On His blood is what carries you through the rest.

You call yourself a Christian...look in the mirror
You can never be what they need,
The answer is obvious, it couldn't be clearer.
Yet foolishly you cling to the faith of a mustard seed.

You call yourself a Christian....Satan calls you sinner
Heaven knows your name,
To God you'll always be a winner,
The devil can keep his shame, the name of the game.

John 15:18–19
Psalm 27:10
Ephesians 6:12
Psalm 34:18
Isaiah 53:5
1 Samuel 16:7
2 Corinthians 12:9
Romans 3:23–24
Psalm 23:1–3
Luke 15:4–7
Revelation 12:10–11
Matthew 17:20
1 Samuel 16:7
Isaiah 43:1
Romans 8:1

Encouragement: the only defeated Christian life is the one where you stop trying. Keep going, Gods grace is sufficient to carry you. You're not in competition with anyone, everyone must bear their own cross whatever that is, and follow the Shepherd.
